Helena Bonham Carter was born in Golders Green, London, in 1966. She spent her childhood in London and attended one of the best schools in the country, Westminster School. She was thirteen years old when she decided to use the money won in a poetry competition to have her photo published in an actors’ directory. She obtained her first contract two years later: a television spot in which she extolled the merits of a household appliance. Then, in 2013, she starred again with Johnny Depp in Lone Ranger. This is the first time they have co-starred in a film not directed by Tim Burton. A collaboration followed with the Frenchman Jean-Pierre Jeunet, who offered her the role of the Helena Bonham Carter photography
