The base of the Portofino Hat is a soft brown, the perfect color to highlight all skin tones. It is made with a straw braid in two different colors: a brown one for the base and a colored one for the light blue ribbon. Tape light blue being integrated into the hat, it will not move unlike fabric ribbons which can become creased or damaged.
