It is a flexible hat that can be folded into your bag or suitcase during transport. It is certified with a UPF40 sun protection index which blocks more than 97.5% of UV rays.

The base of the Portofino hat is a soft brown, the perfect color to highlight all skin tones. It is made with a straw braid in two different colors: a brown for the base and a colored one for the Light blue ribbon. Since the Light blue ribbon is integrated into the hat, it will not move unlike fabric ribbons which can become creased or damaged.

The Portofino Hat has a small patented secret pocket located inside the hat.

The interior ribbon is a slightly pulled elastic for better support.
